Trip Highlights

  • EBC trek height is high but rout is not much difficult comparing to Mera peak.
  • During EBC we can see a lot of mountain. We can get best view from Namche Bazar the rout from is all surrounded by Himalaya.
  • Very rear if we got lucky then we can see mountain goat or cheetah also.
  • In Tengboche, Pangbuche Khumjung, we can see the Sherpa culture, during November 1st we can see the Sherpa festival that the local Sherpa called the festival as Mani Rimdu and the temple of Sherpas.
  • The weather is According to the month like in October November December there is cold whether but we can get best view during this month.
  • We also can see Everest, Loche, Mahakalu, choyu this all are over 8000m.

This trek will provide you with a natural thrill as it takes you through breathtaking high-altitude landscapes, esoteric Buddhist monasteries, traditional Sherpa villages, high-altitude flora and fauna, and snow-capped mountains.

  • Fly Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840m);
  • Trek to Monjo (2,840m) ~5 hrs
  • Trek Monjo (2,840m) to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) ~5 hrs
  • Acclimatisation day in Namche ~ 5 hrs
  • Namche (3,440m) to Phortse (3,810m) ~ 5 hrs;
  • Phortse (3,810m) to Pangboche (3,930m) ~2.5 hrs
  • Pangboche (3,930m) to Dingboche (4,410m) ~4 hrs
  • Acclimatisation in Dingboche ~5 hrs
  • Trek Dingboche (4,410m) to Lobuche (4,910m) ~5 hr;
  • Lobuche (4,910m) to Gorak Shep (5,140m) and Kala Patar (5,550m) ~7 hrs
  • Gorak Shep (5,140m) to Everest Base Camp (5,300m), back to Dzongla ~7 hrs;
  • Dzongla (4,830m) to Thangnak (4,700m) via Cho La pass (5,330m) ~6-7 hrs ka
